Steve Weber was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.  He studied Chemistry at Wheaton College (Illinois) and received his Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of Virginia.  Steve first became interested in construction when he renovated his personal home in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Since then Steve has managed over $20 million in both new construction and remodeling.  He lives in Memphis, Tennessee, with his wife and three sons and enjoys hiking, traveling and experiencing other cultures, volunteering with Young Life, and playing soccer.

Faith Weber was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee.  She graduated from the Hutchison School and then earned a BA in History and a Masters of Teaching from The University of Virginia.  Later, Faith received her Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning from the Architecture School at The University of Virginia.  She began her career with ETI in Memphis, and now aids in the design and selection process at Weber Construction & Design.  Faith enjoys spending her free time with family, reading, and volunteering with Young Life.
